Dude has and continues to make the most boneheaded substitutions of hot hands in clutch situations.
Zero reason Pascal should have been taken out, especially with Hali sucking eggs. Yeah you can make the argument for subbing out McConnell because you would hope your All-NBA PG would contribute and nut up during clutch time, but Siakam?
