I’ve always done dips/press ups using a table and two chairs. Gave me a great chest. :yeshrug:

People who lift weights don’t care about being healthy fr fr. It’s literally countless studies showing how lifting heavy weights hurts you in the long run.

using your natural body weight like push ups and sit ups wont fukk you up long term though right? :lupe:

There’s always a place for benching, if it’s done right. The problem is terrible form and dudes not checking their egos trying to lift way to much. Until you have mastered the form and technique do the bar if you have to. Beginners should master the five exercises of the strong lifts, build from there,then the sky is the limit.

Why not do both barbell and dumbbell?

I get it. Y’all have terrible form.

No need to try to prop up the usage of dumbbells as being superior to barbells.

I bet a lot y’all don’t squat or deadlift either.
