My question is where the US economy is heading in 20 years? This student loan bubble is growing fast. Wages are not rising fast enough. The cost of living is rising fast. You have cities and states are running deficits they cant long term afford. shyt is gonna be ugly in 25 years. Blacks folks need to prepare for when shyt gets real here.

They were basically giving away jobs back in the day, even to black people

Only way I can explain how my grandma moved up north with a shaky high school diploma and built a career where she was able to buy 3 homes :russ: not saying she didn't work hard for all she got but she didn't have to further her education or do anything out of the ordinary except show up to work

Of course I'm happy as hell it was possible but ain't no way u doing that today :mjlol:

Sounds like a loser who couldn't cut it made these, and it's easier to place blame on someone else rather than admit that they couldn't do it themselves. That entitlement

Bruh the economy has change for the worse in the past 30+ years and there are plenty of opportunities our parents had that don't apply to us.

My father told me about how he once walked out of a job, got into his car, drove three blocks down the street to a store with a "We're Hiring" sign on the front, went in, applied for a job, and was hired within 20 minutes on the same day! And this was back in 1979 when he was 19 and only had a high school education.

And the older generations have the nerve to claim that we have it easy. Hell, I wouldn't have the job I have now if I didn't know somebody that knew somebody that eventually helped me get in here, and that's considering the fact that I have a college degree.

damn I feel blessed that my 20s have been pretty dope so far :blessed:

outchea trying to win while others make excuses for why the job market and economy determine their successes:obama:

This is similar shyt to what baby boomers and/or privileged people say about everyone else that struggles. "I'm doing great, why can't you?:ld:"

The economy is fukked, especially compared to what it was back then. That's an actual fact, not an excuse, not a copout, a fact. Next yall are gonna tell people to "pull themselves up by their bootstraps".

Also, wonder what you two would have to say to cacs who deny racism and tell you to "quit playing the race card" :jbhmm: Same difference.

I agree with you, but these millenials are lazy and entitled. Anybody that really wants a job can get one. It may not be your ideal job/situation, but I don't have sympathy for people who bytch about not being able to get a job. Thats BS.
