If you ain't drinking a gallon of water a day. Start. Water should be a main staple in your diet, especially if you been wrecking your body with drink and drug from when you was 18. Your organs are getting older. Keep them bad boys healthy by keeping the sells oxygenated.

You gonna lift shyt? Empty your bladder. It will help your overall erectile health since you about to go into half time in a minute and this is a key function you going to want to preserve, being a man and all. I've never had a problem getting it up, and I attribute it to following this shyt ever since I got the advice at 19, but then again I'm only 34 and my mental sexual health is pristine....so there's that.

Learn how to get what you want out of a broad, whether it be sex or commitment without playing all the bullshyt games you did when you was younger. Letting her know how you want her to be in your life from the jump as opposed to being out here selling dreams and dodging broads is just sloppy shyt in my opinion but I found being real as fukk with these broads, one of the best choices of my sexual career, especially as I grow older and start looking to start a family. In a minute you about to be that old nikka in the club...so plan accordingly.

I'll leave the money shyt up to the other brehs who can put you up on game better than myself since my financials are different, but if you ain't already saving, fukking start. Every man worth his salt should have atleast 2,3K he can put his hands on in an emergency provided he been employed long enough to do so.

Not gonna hit you with the motivational poster style advice or the “profound quote from a person who has been there to a younger version of themselves” type of advice. This is just simple but practical advice that I’m sure will provide meaningful benefits.

Maintain excellent credit. You don’t need to borrow a lot of money to have good credit just make sure it’s manageable.

Stay busy. Doesn’t mean kill yourself working but unless you’re actually resting which is important btw, don’t be someone that anytime someone asks “what’s up or what you doing” you can honestly respond back “nothing” or “just chilln.”
Learn new shyt just for the sake of learning, be willing to meet new people, try new experiences.

Be dependable/reliable. This is so important. Be that one person that everyone knows can be trusted to make sure something important gets done. This is so big in the corporate/professional world.

I’m 31 this year.

1) Learn to save your money
2) Make exercise a regular part of your routine. Be strong with good cardio fitness. Strong abs, back, legs and lungs will prepare you for everything physically. It should go without saying that eating a quality is the other half of it.
3) Read A LOT
4) Find a mentor if you can in your field. Knowledge is to be shared and you’ll be surprised how many leaders actually enjoy mentoring because they understand its importance.
5) Minimise alcohol and drug intake. Abusing them WILL come back to you. Have fun doing the basics
6) maintain a circle of ambitious people around you. Losers shouldn’t be in your circle if you wanna prosper
