I only think about money and because I'm not where I want to be financially, I kill relationships without even trying

This. Got married at 33. My wife married me while I was having the hardest time finding stable work. Saw me at the absolute lowest point in my life let alone my career AND still wanted to marry a nikka. She saw my potential and drive.
Now? Moved into our first house last week.
Y'all should come to the housewarming.

I'm prolly very close to the point of marriage. I've been with my gf for 5+ years. I'm in a good space right now in my life. My gf is doing a serious accelerated program for another degree and literally is putting all her efforts into that. She's done in next May so she's not even thinking about marriage or anything else these days lol. However I know when she's done with that and she is gainfully employed once again then I know we will have to have that "talk". I'm 32 years old and she's 30.
