the post up and than face you and than the cross over was nice
im with you but explosive athleticism? i'd say above avg for his size but explosive>?!?!

ya i agree... i think his mind held him back... he was just so skilled and fluid... i would say he has the best hands of all time, him and hakeem.if you want to talk about big men not enhancing their talent youd have to talk about sheed more than cwebb. he had a great career, was a great player and is one of my favorite players of all time, but he could have been ten times better. his blazers got fukked over too, but at least he got that ring as an instrumental cog in detroit
no they haventfor example i know most already forgot how great Shaq was in his prime.

I saw him play when I was young but I never understood the hype.
why was he the #1 recruit going into college? why'd they make such a big deal about when he was drafted?
was it the mid range game? was it the versatility in hairstyles?
seriously tho, what was it. He seemed like a good all around player but never overly GREAT in anything.
help me out.
no they havent![]()
the fact that centers of today get backhanded compliments shows you that no one has forgotten how great Shaq was since he was the last truly great center.ask around
and was possibly the best talent to EVER come out of the Detroit area. The Wizards have NEVER been the same after trading Chris. Chris biggest drawback was HIMSELF...EVERYTHING came to him to early and it stunted his growth mentally. He never really wanted to be the MAN or listen to anyone whom challenged him. Sorta like ALL Detroit nikkas in general
