had this bad boy in the fourth grade (1993/1994). Somebody stole it from me in class one day. Never found out who but my mom was PISSED. We were poor and I never had nice clothes but she surprised me with this. Gave me a whooping because I lost it. The memories I had of wearing this to school the first time.

Konami was straight evil with that Crime Fighters game.

Bad guys used to not only Mob you but when they caught you surrounded they beat the Dog Shyt out you THEN stomped you all the way to the Game Over screen.

You think after getting curbstomped a kid gonna walk away like " That was fun!" nope. Kid gonna be like . I give Crime Fighters its props though cuz when you beat the game you got all the girls

Every body wanted to be in a gang

Having to go to the library to do reports (thank god for PCs)

Cursive writing (thank god for PCs)

Them big ass gamboys took a billion batteries, couldnt fit in your pocket, and wasnt packlit.

Southern rap got no respect

I wasnt old enough to go to freaknik

Yet everyone was on the Geto Boys and Outkasts dikks back in the 90s.

Northside/southside H-Town beef. I remember I went to a highschool on the southwest side of Houston, and it was a nikka that went to that school that was from Greenspoint(the Northside). Kids used to give that nikka hell back in the day. He used to get jumped all the time.

Word not just that but 90s games didn't give a damn about making a kid cry aint no Trophies bih! Either you beat the game or you LOSE!

M. Bison beating me 20times in a row had me screaming at the TV mad. Grandma outside my room looking at me like "something wrong with you boy!" Finally beat M. Bison later but grandma think I'm crazy.

M Bison was unstoppable when Street Fighter 2 came out, but instantly became a bum when he became a playable character on tournament edition.

I remember Hitemup was an exclusive ass track that you could only get on the California Love Maxi single back in the day. I listened to that Maxi single more than most of Tupac's albums back then up until his greatest hits cd came out.

They made their way to St. Louis. I remember soft boys trying to act hard. We lived out in the white county. How you all going to have a gang? The city shuts down at 6pm and half the city is boarded up. Who you all going to shoot?

We had a white girl move from Cali in middle school. We were sitting in class and she asked a black guy, why do you all try to act so hard? Those gangs are deadly.

I remember my mom coming back from a police conference where they talked about the gang problem in Cali. She said they are in a for real war. The gangs are fighting each other. The police are fighting both gangs. The gangs are fighting the police.
