we signed a bunch of players to compliment durant and kyrie's game.... the problem is, we didnt sign durant or kyrie.
And we knew when we signed them that we had lost out on KD and Kyrie. Mills and Perry need to take blame for panicking, the fact that they admitted to being shocked when the snake and Kyknee signed to the Nets backs up the theory that they panicked

Fizdale is definitely part of the problem too. Theres no doubt in my mind a coach like Brad Stevens or Kenny Atkinson would be getting more out of some of our younger players

To sum it up were just a mess everywhere :snoop:

What type of fan is only a fair weather person?

It does suck and we all probably will slow down a bit but we'll still be there. It's in us.
It's not fair weather. I'm not saying that you can't occasionally check up on this team but the Knicks don't deserve this type of fan loyalty.

The Knicks have a loyal fan base but yet we haven't had a championship contending team in over 20 years. The 2012-13 team weren't really title contenders. The Knicks have all the resources in the world to be a successful team yet haven't won sh!t in almost 50 years. It's pathetic and embarrassing. They don't deserve this loyalty. They haven't earned it. Knicks fans, we need to teach the entire front office a lesson and stop showing up to games and stop wasting our money on this garbage team.

Even though, the Giants have been going through a rough patch the past few years, at least, they have won 2 Super Bowls in past 11 years. The Rangers haven't won a title in 25 years but they have been consistently competitive for most of the past 15 years and even made it to the SC Finals in 2014. The most the Knicks have done in the past 10 years is make it to the 2nd round...once and been terrible outside of that. They don't deserve to have such a loyal fan base. They have to earn that sh!t.

However, I understand that it may be viewed as being "fair weather" by some people. It's not though, it's teaching Dolan, Mills and Perry a lesson. I also understand that it's tough because the Knicks fandom has been instilled but you gotta teach these guys a lesson.

I notice every game...Randle is the very last (or second to last) substitution in the first quarter when he should probably be the first

Yup, I'm out :hubie:
You’ll be back, said the same thing a week ago. Ol’ I’m packing my bags and going to my mother’s house ass:lolbron:
it's common sense really

Get rid of Perry and Mills. Perry should be demoted to draft scout as he has a good eye for young talent
Mills has no use here so he can go somewhere else

It doesn't have to be in season it can be at the end of the season

Also get rid of EVERYONE still remaining from the Isiah era
It's obvious those people are present because they try to build the team the same way every year

Then make Mike Miller interim coach for the rest of the year to see how the team looks under him
If you see major improvements offensively and defensively then see what they can do under a full training camp
w/ more talent on the team in the form of Edwards, Wiseman, LaMelo, or Cole

If Miller ain't it then look for a COMPETENT coach. Not Mark Jackson or Jason Kidd or any other coach
who hasn't proven they can do shyt. A coach that will know how to use all the young players properly and their future draft pick

Also let the vet contracts expire and try to trade Randle as he doesn't fit on this team

All the Knicks need is

1) good management in touch w/ current trends
2) a decent coach in touch w/ current trends
3) more talent on the team
Nah, Perry can go to. He ain’t got no eye as he’s always trying to bring his young guys that ain’t shyt. Look at Payton and Hezonja.

Knicks stanbase on the coli I gotta salute :salute:

I watch a fair number of Knicks games and have been most impressed with Ntikinla.

I wanna cheer for Mitch but I feel like he's the new Javale McGee how much he stays Shaqtin a Fool. I hope he can learn to better control his game and be cognizant of what's going on around him.

What the hell did I just watch? He is playing exactly like a country strong SG version of KD.
no one in the NBA could stop this.
He just pulled out every move offensive move you can think of with both hands.

At the 2:00 mark He caught a weakside block off of the backboard and managed to save the ball from going out of bounds. then he walked a tightrope on the baseline leading a one man fast break.
Then going at the rim he did a 2-direction-change euro step into a double pump layup with his left hand, all while running at full speed.

And then he follows up at the 2:30 mark with a two hand over-head bounce pass from half court thru multiple defenders that was absolutely ridiculous.

Not even sure who to compare him to. We need Edwards. He's a future MVP

trier and mitch
Them nikkas ain’t exactly hard to spot talents

They was pedigreed players with national clout they just had black marks on their record that stopped them from getting picked

Trier by juicing and Mitchell for what he did at Western Kentucky cleaning out his room and leaving school then trying to transfer out and being made ineligible.

They were both McDonald’s All-Americans.

I wonder what non-New York franchise (since Adam Silver knows NY will attract television viewers regardless) the NBA will gift Edwards to.

My guess is either the Spurs or OKC. Or hey, maybe team him up with Trae Young in Atlanta...

:ehh:

You know it’s what’s coming and it’s horrible.
