Dotson is already turning 26:heh:

There’s guys like Dotson right now in the NCAA and overseas who can easily be picked up

That’s just facts and I’m not even that big on Knox right now
I agree with you... Homeboy had Dotson on his list not me. My point was to highlight how bad Knox has been and that if you're willing to give him time, then you shouldn't be saying "oh and Dotson" and leaving off equally young Ntilikina. shyt, you might as well include Trier in there too lol

The key word in my post was "confidently"

If you have Knox as one of two or three pieces to keep ahead of Frank and Mitchell Robinson, I'm sorry brehs, but I have to question your sanity. Obviously, we should keep all three plus RJ, but Knox is definitely at the bottom of that totem pole. If a trade were offered right now and they wanted either Knox or Dotson, I'm sending Knox and being thankful I have RJ

Knox plays like a fukking p*ssy.
I agree but he also came into the league pretty impressive and then regressed. He's a good shooter that lacks on defense off the pnr and switches.

RJ is a great passer and plays strong in the perimeter so if there was a good coach, they could compliment each other really well.

I agree... They could compliment each other really well. And I think it should be a goal to improve Knox to the point you can put him next to RJ. I just feel to say "don't get rid of him if we're getting rid of everyone" based on what we've seen is a mistake. He's like number 5 behind RJ, Frank, Mitch, and maybe Dennis

Listening to the Posting and Toasting Show and these guys brought up a scenario.

If the front office admits they made a mistake, traded Morris and Ellington, and Fizdale is asked to prioritize Frank, RJ, Knox, Mitch, Trier and Dennis... Would you be willing to let them play out the season (specifically Fizdale)?

Mills and Perry should keep their jobs until at least the trade deadline because you don't do front office turnover mid-season... But if they go this route do you allow them to stick it out?

I would be ok with that. In fact, I outlined a similar scenario in a previous post:

I actually believe Dolan bought into a proper rebuild after missing out on star Free Agents the past few years, BUT he is expecting an upward trend in wins which we have not shown so far, so the FO and Fiz are in panic mode trying to squeeze out victories just to show even the slightest improvement over last season. That is a recipe for disaster as we will continue to see the vets steal minutes from the young guys and hinder their development. This also creates a vicious cycle, since even if Fiz and/or Perry Mills are fired anyone new coming in will be expected to improve results, and it is hard for anyone to trust inexperienced players to do that, so they’ll probably do more of the same. Our only hope at this time is for Fiz to admit his strategy is not working, accept his fate and primarily play the young guys on his way out (and who knows, maybe it magically works and saves his job).

Some people favor Frank, some people favor Knox. Frank played like ass last year, Knox is playing like ass this year. There needs to be a middle ground but I don't see this ending well.

Nah, that’s just delaying the inevitable. They all gotta go, give Miller the reigns now, Pills are gone at the end of the season but their replacements are looked for during the remainder of the season.

I'm not sure I agree. Front offices make mistakes and if this front office not only admits their mistake but also rectifies it... You might want to stick with that in lieu of the replacement. Currently, I would rate this front office slightly below average... And that's mostly because of the record. If Mike Miller comes in and the team plays like the team we thought we were getting at the beginning of the season, I might give Mills and Perry a reprieve for a season. I'm out on Fizdale though.
