Mitch continues to impress. Mitch Chamberlain :wow:

I blame this loss mostly on Randle and his horrible shooting night. I also feel like Frank should have been in there at the end instead of Payton

Suns look really impressive i gotta say. Oubre and Booker killed us and Baynes played real well too. They're heading in the right direction
Randle is a third best player on a team. He isn’t better than booker and is canceled out or eclipsed by a actual star

And if Mills gets extended because of it?

As long as the main roster constructors are still here, the Knicks will continue to be an eternal dumpster fire
It's a bad situation whichever direction you go bruh. All I can hope for is the kids develop and Dolan decides to bring in a real basketball mind as GM. If Mills remains Team President but is hands off I'm fine with that.

Don't be this naive
Until Mills is removed from basketball operations all together, he will always have influence
And if that's the case, the Knicks will continue to be bad
Even if Dolan brings in a basketball mind, if it is not with complete autonomy and control without Mills spying on him for Dolan like he did against Phil, then what's the point?

Only if the vets are off this team

If they are continuing this bullshyt into next season and he is still camped in the corner with emphasis on vets, he might not be on this team after he demands a trade
I could be wrong but I think he’s tryna ask if RJ is a bust. Hence why i replied in 2yrs you can ask if he is a bust.

I honestly think entering the 4th season should be the ultimate make or break.

I get that but the point I was trying to make is RJ won't develop properly if they continue this bring in vets, camp RJ in the corner, and play through the vets scheme next season

I don't think RJ will be able to tolerate yet another season of that or he will have yet another season of stunted development

He needs to be the primary ball handler or one of the primary ball handlers next season

Bruh, everything you saying about Mills you can say about Dolan. Steve Mills ain't the only nikka making decisions...stop putting it all on him. I want the nikka to go too but unless we're for certain getting Masai or someone like him, I'd like for us to continue to build and develop. We were fine with this plan before striking out on KD, Kyrie, and Zion.

when do we start worrying about rj brehs?

We?

And why are you answering this nikka :beli:

Knicks best success was when Mills was gone
They were over .500 with him gone
They have only had losing seasons with Mills
So yes Mills has that much negative influence
Dolan has shown he is willing to step back if he believes he has someone who he thinks knows what they are doing e.g. Phil
But like I said Mills has to go
If Mills is still involved in basketball operations past this season, the Knicks WILL suck
