So one thing I notice between the Knicks and other teams is that we don't pass at a fast pace looking for open men making them have more time to create a focused shot. Due to the lack of spacing, guys are rushing shots losing their efficiency.

Can guys drive and bring defense to them then pass the ball out to the open man? Can the team create shots?

Everyone is playing selfish, no one has intentions to make their teammates look good. That's the difference between Ingles/Gobert or LeBron/AD and us. This is why we should be playing more rookies together rather than vets. Even if we suck, there should be cohesion. This is what Morris was saying as he learned from the Celtics.
