D.Lo isn't a game changer at the ripe old age of 23 even tho he led BK to an above .500 regular season record and to the playoffs when they were expected to do nothing? Yeah. Ok.
The only deal breakers to me in the proposal I heard was with Mitch and a 1st rounder included. Flat out no on Mitch, but for this years Dallas 1st or a future 1st, that deal is done to me. Apart from Mitch and RJ, ANYBODY on this roster can go. Even RJ can go for the right price but as far as I know Memphis is keeping Ja, Trae staying in ATL, and Luka will probably retire a Mav.
D.Lo can't save this franchise by himself but a young all star PG is a great place to start.
For the love of God I hope they can get rid of Frank. Do yall not "hear" yourselves when you talk about the pieces that need to be added to make this dude a serviceable role player? "Oooh Frank with a scoring PG, rim protector, stretch Big, and a playmaking 3 will be so nice!!" Where tf besides this thread do you build around a role player? And to field such a team around him will take 3-4 years. He's not worth the wait. Bon voyage, mon ami!
Has Billy Hernangomez taught you nothing?? Kuzminskas? Being solid on the Knicks doesn't make you solid on any team in the league! Hernangomez isn't a rotation player and Kuz isn't even in the league.
FVV types scare me. For NY anyway. These kinda guys always come crashing back to earth when handed the reigns in NY and a fat contract. (See Chris Childs and Chris Duhon) I felt the same way about Dinwiddie, but he's proven to me this season he's real. I think good coaching, good system, and team culture made FVV what he is. If he came to this team today, he won't be what he is. Maybe after we get a new prez and focus on who to build around, but if we looking for a game changer FVV is definitely not it.

. Top 10 in usage, nice numbers, worst team in the league, I'm not deading our rebuild efforts for him.
