I’ve criticized Fiz a lot

but I give him props for effort he has all of them giving on D.

In spurts I see his vision on what he’s trying to do on offense, I was a little too fast to call his sets Trash.

W’ell be aite, Once the offense Gels more. He just has to figure out the right rotation. I think we all knew with this roster this was going to be a issue.

What’s the story with DSJ. No word on when he’s due back?

On few different levels. Trier situation for me encapsulates a lot that's currently wrong with coaching/management.

With two guards out for the game Fizdale couldn't find any minutes for Trier who was a starter in the opening game :dahell: And of course Fiz had that whole speech before the game how he's no longer ISO Zo but improved and a team player, cut to him getting bushed after a poor shooting game. How does that happen?

Trier is not a new player that you didn't have time to evaluate, he's a known commodity. He didn't have a meltdown out there like DSJ (even though I think he would've had DSJ in there the next game if not for death in the family). He was the same old Zo from last season just trying to be more pass friendly. So that means Fizdale royally fukked up by starting a player who a week later he feels is not good enough to even see the court with a shortage at his position.

There is zero direction, offensive identity, planning or proper talent evaluation in this team.

Did Perry and Mills even talk to Fizdale about free agent signing and how they would fit? Is there an internal depth chart?
fizz is definitely fukkin up with trier

But my problem is not that he did it to Trier it's that he does that to everyone except a couple of vets. It's the fact that there is no offensive system or rhyme or reason who plays on any given night.

Yesterday he said he would stick with RJ and Ellington back court and today he decided that Frank will start. I personally want Frank to get more minutes, so I can think of it from a point of view of a Frank stan and be happy he's starting. But why? Nothing major or extraordinary happened in the last 24 hours, Frank is still the same Frank from last season and it was known Kemba would be Celtics starter yesterday, today and the first game we played them.

So tonight Frank could put in the same performance he did last two games and then get benched next game with some half-assed incoherent explanation.

So what is more likely to happen tonight...

Kemba freezes up at the sight of FIBA Frank guarding him

Or

Kemba goes off in an effort to regain the manhood he lost at the hands of Frank

:jbhmm:

This potential $200 bet on the Knicks to win is on the line fellas...

But why ? If we win tonight and the offense looks good will you be like fukk frank ? We have a lot of people who need the ball and to shoot we need someone to set them up to cut down the stupid ISO’s .
a win is a win
wont be mad.
but im lookin at frank cause hes been here going on 3 years and has been largely unimpressive.
hes gettin a chance to start
i want him to take advantage of this opportunity and others so he can hold down da spot 4 da rest of da season

Just donate that money to a charity. Don't do that to yourself.

im stat watching when it comes to frank
randle is what he is
I agree that Randle is what he is but he's also a great example to me of why stat watching is unreliable. If you don't watch the game closely and look at the stats, you'd think that the Knicks are losing games in spite of great play from him. Most of us watching the game see that he constantly engages in plays that will not really in positive results offensively and defensively.

I want Frank's game to be reflected in the box score, but I already know that he can have a positive impact on this team with an empty stat line.

So to answer your question, I would like Frank to score 8 or more, and have at least 4 assists. If we win I won't care if he actually gets it. If we lose I'm gonna be concerned at what I'll assume to be a lack of aggressiveness

I agree with you ! want to Clarify something to the people who think frank is a lost cause camp the give him a chance camp only feel that way because 1) he’s on the team already 2) can help the team potentially 3) hasn’t been given a fair enough shot . If he shyts the bed and someone comes to be a clear cut better option none of us are gonna be like bring in Frank
