I'm starting to sense where the disconnect is between us. You're more concerned with front office direction (which mind you, I'm concerned with ALSO) than with the coaching direction. I don't believe there was a direction nor any real semblance of roles outside of a select few players from a coaching standpoint, but I can see the argument (if I squint my eyes hard enough) for that being the case from a front office standpoint
That's not why he's (and you) being called out lol
this is correct
also, for as much as you hate fiz, remember who hired him in the first place:yeshrug:

i also won't be judging whether miller is a good coach based on how he does with this squad because hes set up to fail:yeshrug:

That's an EXCUSE :heh:

Being optimistic is "yeah, I think the Knicks can win 30 games"

Being realistic "yeah they can win 22-27 games"

Either way, they should be playing better than "if they're lucky they win 17 or 18.

I don't see what being optimistic has to do with you putting Fizdale's coaching ability on trial. That's not optimism at that point, that's you hedging bets against optimism. And now you want to backtrack either because you don't want anyone to know you had the belief that the Knicks were supposed to get better, or because you're not ready to give up on the belief that Fizdale's a good coach. So there goes the agenda that you keep trying to say the rest of us have.

:comeon:
It's not an excuse I was being optimistic. I saw the product on the floor certain players didn't meet my expectations which were probably unrealistic expectations and I changed my mind simple.

Keep Juelzing tho keep looking for daddy savior to make this trash ass team of ill fitting vets and mediocre azz prospects competent

How are the Knicks worse than last year. It’s unbelievable
I didn't think the Knicks could ever get worse than the 14-15 roster yet here we are:unimpressed: The Knicks keep hitting rock bottom and keep finding new and creative ways to break through that shyt. Offer Masai 100 mil for 4 years and complete autonomy in the off-season, and if he can't turn things around then ain't no more hope to be had:unimpressed:

If Masai can't turn this around then the Knicks are fukked

Silver lining though.

Dolan might sell the team if that happens because this team has been in the same position for 20 years

We were all pretty optimistic at the beginning of the year but I'm tired of looking at the glass half full and trying to find reason in obviously dumb ass moves just to remain positive. The Knicks need to start giving us the glass at LEAST 3/4th's of the way full or some shyt.
