I think Marc Jackson can develop this squad. Say what you want but dude is a winner. He's the type of coach, to get his team to be competitive. That's what yall need.

From the little bit I know, he's a David Fizdale type. He's a hire you make when you already have the talent. Not one you hire when you're building from the ground up like we are
