Him and Blatt have good eyes for scouting talent but are hindered by Mills incompetence.

Ntilikina needs to be a defensive specialist off the bench at this point like a Marcus Smart type
He would be fine as a backup PG with a playmaker or scorer next to him
Still has the rest of the season to grow as a starting PG though
