I dont see paul pierce or carmelo anthony in rj ..i dont know how yall even see that carmelo and pierce im him when they already had an NBA ready jumpshot. Rj has no jumpshot and his only offensive game that is nba ready is getting to the rack but he has no right

No one said he played like Melo or Pierce. :wtf:

I definitely think elite passing and vision are attributes you're born with. But I also think that a good passer can take a step (not to elite but to great) without necessarily improving their vision or passing at all. Just by improving certain other aspects of their game which open up more options. I think RJ improving as a shooter and a ball handler would immediately get more out of his passing ability. I'm confident those two attributes will grow with time and I'm curious to see how much stronger he can get as well.

Basically, if he has a jump shot that commands close outs. And he has the handle to get to the rim without being stripped or struggling with his grip. Compound that with his strength and he'll be able to finish consistently even when wings are on his hips. That means the weakside double is necessary and he has the vision to make teams suffer for collapsing on him. He still won't be elite but the reads and passes won't be particularly difficult to complete.

I'm optimistic that he'll see some allstar appearances as long as the jumper comes along tbh.

Agree 1000%

Thank you . As long as RJ jumper improves his game is going to skyrocket . And even his driving skill is pretty good for a rookie especially when the team usually has zero spacing and there are 2-3 guys around the basket ( which also leads to his struggles )

I did :snoop:

It might just be wishful thinking on my part. He is physically really strong for a rookie and has shown an ability to finish through contact. Hopefully he comes back next year alot more consistent with his jumpshot and theres no excuse for his free throw shooting :snoop:

What about Anthony Edwards? If they get the #1 pick I would run the offense with RJ, Frank.

I could see the Knicks signing Cousins to a 1 year deal, or Isaiah Thomas. :mjlol:

Those 4 guys you named should be the future of this team. Curious to see what they do with Wooten.
I think Edwards is a stud but his college inefficiency is concerning
He should be more dominant honestly
LaMelo's inefficiency is even more concerning  but his upside as a potential franchise pg might be too high to pass up

Right now, I'm just debating on which I wanna switch to for 2 or 3 years. Brooklyn, Portland, Milwaukee or Memphis. This is tough.
bro I only watch the Knicks for certain young players
I watch other teams too and I'm a general nba fan at this point which is way more enjoyable
as soon as they are traded or if it's randle ball next year i'm out

Me 2, which is why I hope they get traded so I can fully throw in the towel. At least 1 of them.

Usually i go with the Lakers but i miss Kobe and sometimes i cant stand Lebron :scust:

I like Portland but they desperately need Nurkic back. Its not really Melo's fault theyre struggling. I feel like Dames not quite been himself this year

I like the Bucks and the Grizzlies. The Clippers as well :salute:
