Keep me on the "Draft another high usage ball handler to put next to RJ and don't bring in anyone to steal their touches this time" camp. Russell ain't making this team a contender or anything close and last year's Nets success is one of the most overhyped runs I've ever seen. At least he actually addresses some needs though, it's a better rumor than Schroder or Drummond...at least I get the logic.

I wouldn’t do it. Your going to need Frank to cover for Russells deficiencies on defense.

I’d give them Mook, Portis DSJ and a Dallas first for Russell and their second tho.

i take it back, you can get more for Mook elsewhere. They can have Payton, Bullock, Portis and a Dallas pick for D Lo.

If this team was smart they’d get in on a 3 Teamer and get the wolves pick.

DLo is who I wanted this off-season.

Losing Frank would be tough, but you have a chance to get DLo and still pair him with a lottery guard, like an Edwards and have a dynamic back court and move RJ to the 3 spot, I go for it.

I'd love D'Angelo on the Knicks but this is what would make any trade bittersweet. Mills and Perry really have no idea what they're doing.

i love tommy and hate to defend this FO but he’s wrong here. Just like Bill Simmons. He was never really available to us. No matter what we offered him the Nets would have just matched and traded him to GS.

I’m reading too many knick fans and rumors putting too much hope into DLO. He prospered in Brooklyn cause of culture, front office and the players put around him. I’m not sure you get the same results in Manhattan with that front office and the players they would stick around him
