Off topic but

I really like the idea of them adding Josh Jackson as a young piece on a team friendly deal. He’s still young as hell. Also Memphis has a log jam at his position and already need to plan to pay Ja and Jaren so he’s available. Right now he’s a bench piece, but he has a higher ceiling as a former top 5 pick. He would be a nice add on at the SF position if the plan is for RJ to stay at SG plus he should be on the cheap side.

100%, I would take a chance on him. He would be an upgrade at the SF position for us, he will end up with a better career than knox.

Hell yeah fam...if his jumper is really developing then we need to lock up bird rights while we can get him cheap.

I still like Knox a lot. Frank is just now starting to figure it out and Knox is just as young and has Randle in front of him. Also even in your scenario it’s better to have Knox in their for 3 pt shooting next to Melo, RJ (who is ok) and Mitch.

Though even more off topic..... I think the Knicks should draft Tyrese Haliburton and if they don’t get high enough for Edwards either move up/ trade back a little to Haliburton. His skill set is exactly what the roster needs now. Also I don’t know if RJ and Melo works. Melo needs the ball to work himself into rhythm and RJ requires a fair share of touches.

Another free agent to put on the radar:

Athletic, can shoot, can create his own shot and is active off-ball. He's been balling since he's gone to Minny, granted it's a small sample size but I think he should be near the top of the free agent list for NY.

Juan Hernangomez
Malik Beasley
Harry Giles
Josh Jackson
-all low key signings the Knicks could make that could potentially have a big impact.

No way the wolves let Malik Beasley go

Josh Jackson would be great tho I'm afraid he might not flourish here depending on the coaching situation

I think he's a great pickup none the less

Giles and hernangomez would be cool too

Wolves would be crazy for letting him go.

:mjtf:
My nikka this is year 3 and son was in the G-League most of the season :mjlol:

I never liked him coming out of college dude been overrated. His on court temper sucks.

10/3/2 on 43/30/68 splits is not balling a handful of cool games ain’t fooling me.

We need to stop with the damn reclamation projects and he’s not a good fit with what we have. Give me Malik Beasley.
