He’s not the same player he was in year 1 at all. His floor is a 5th starter, secondary ball handler who’s main assignment will be to disrupt the opposing teams best perimeter player. His ceiling is probably a 4th starter who can do all of the above but space the floor in the process. It’s not ideal for a lottery pick but their crap shoots for a reason. Getting a key piece anywhere in the draft outside of the top 5 can still be considered a win.
If Frank can hit 36-37%+ from 3 he can start at SG

I always look at the Mavs conversation and think...The fact that they didn't tank for Luka bothers me way more than the KP trade.

I got dogged out in that years Knicks thread telling everyone we need to tank for Luka. I might be the first motherfukker on this forum who said he was going to be nice

:francis:It sucks that I tend to be right but it never matters.....

I was with you fam; when I was gassing Frank as a pick, I was talking about letting him struggle and learn while we tanked. Taking Luka with our inevitable high draft pick and then having Frank/Luka as playmakers; Luka/KP as scorers; Frank/KP as defenders to form our core. Frank's development stunted, Luka went to Dallas and KP demanded a damned trade instead.
