Lonzo is worth a pick and Frank, that's essentially buying low for someone who had the season he did (I'd offer DSjr or Knox instead though). Get Lonzo, throw a bag at Malik Beasley, move Barrett to SF, and draft Toppin. Walk into next season with a line-up of:
PG- Lonzo
SG- Beasley
SF- Barrett
PF- Toppin
C- Mitch

That's a young and exciting squad to watch with some room to grow. The Knicks can use the rest of the cap space to absorb some bad contracts or throw it at Bertans or something.

I don't mind, he's gonna contribute a lot sooner than most of the other rookies, dude is nice.

I don't think NO would give up Lonzo for anything less than Mitch or RJ

Their is a rumor out there the Knicks are looking to get Horford back when they move Randle.

It's to extract more assets. I see that sort of rumor and think it runs completely opposite of a CP3 for Knox/Randle type of deal.

You do a Horford deal if you're planning to punt next season. Draft BPA at 8; fence swing at 27; Bring in Horford and just let the chips fall where they may in a shortened season with no crowds while you cross your fingers for Cade Cunningham.

You do a CP3 deal and...draft someone who can contribute right away (still might be BPA if you pick an Okoro or a Toppin) and look to be competitive for a low playoff seed (6,7,8).

I have a feeling all the rumors swirling are just picking up on everything that's being put on the drawing board but I bet a lot of it is more like brainstorm session results than actual carrying much weight.

RJ didn’t even make second team all rookie:stopitslime:

need him to use that as fuel for next season and turn into a superstar:wow:

Facts. I got faith in breh. He gon need tough skin though not only because he play in the city, but because with KD and Kyrie coming back the Atlantic is bout to be even tougher. :sadcam:

Lakers the only team left in the bubble constructed using multiple high talent players instead of smart drafting and roster building. No tanking or intentional losing. Smart trades...smart free agent signings. It's time to start thinking about foundation building and not swinging for the fences in the draft brehs

Terence Davis was better than R.J. although on limited minutes and on a much better team.

Horford would actually help this team a lot.

He’s a unselfish team guy, high I.Q., his game is based off fundamentals not athleticism and he keeps in shape he could still be serviceable for a couple more years.

He spaces the floor, he’s a great passer from the elbows and can even push fast break, he’s decent in the post and face up, and he’s a solid defender all around just not a strong rebounder.

Both Horford and Paul are the type of veteran players who would have a big positive impact on this team.

I'll entertain this... If Horford came to the Knicks...where does he play?
