Brought in Favors as big man insurance for Mitch.
Brought in Cassius Stanley as a secondary project wing with potential as insurance for R.J. not panning out.
Gilbert Arenas raves about him says he’ll be much better in the NBA game and I trust his skill evaluation. Arenas is good at looking at the game from a skill and biomechanics perspective and he has 44 inch vert this team badly needs athleticism.

Ellington showed us nothing last year. He’s not a starter in this league. Favors played like a hobbled veteran last year. Old and slow and just looked sloppy.

I think last year was an aberration I’m still riding for him based off Miami. The point was to get as much shooting and motion around LaMelo. It could be him, Forbes, Bullock, Bane starting any of them.
Favors is just insurance for Mitch and gives us another look just need him to protect the rim. Since I didn’t trade Julius he could also be a small ball 5 off the bench.
Marc Gasol going back to Europe. And we not getting LaVine or VanVleet.
