A few other teams seemed to have “soured” on chasing FVV. More likely it’s gotten out he plans to stay in Toronto. In which case I think we are screwed PG wise. I don’t think we take Kira.... maybe Hayes, but honestly I don’t think they are taking a PG with 8 and might grab someone at 27.

Very, Very similar to the 2009 strategy :francis:

Quickly and Riller should both be there at 27 so their is some hope.

They could also trade for a moderate point guard. I'd dump 1 of them asset bums with Dennis for Holiday if they get Hayes. You got a solid 2, 3, 5 rotation and still some more assets to aside too.

We’re not getting Jrue Holiday....

There is a legit (and smart) chance they flip the money again, play the youth, and take on a contract for future draft picks.....

We aren’t built to win now and we got time grow

I'm really surprised that Riller doesn't get more attention. I think he's one of the more intriguing guys past the lottery.

Quickley too, plus Terry, Mannion, Pritchard, and Maledon.

There are some interesting late 1st round PG’s to draft. It’s not ideal but I can see the logic in the Knicks maybe going BPA at 8 and then a PG with 27.

Not surprised when you trade bums like Randle and Ntilikina the projection is higher

I kept the both of them just to be realistic I ain’t see the trade option when I did it earlier
