Barrett is a second year player who will be starting alongside Hayward and can grow into the role hes projected to turn into. Barrett is a second year player who will be starting alongside Hayward and can grow into the role hes projected to turn into. If this was Westbrook I could understand you thinking hes going to stand in a corner, but it's not.

I dont think anyone is confusing Hayward to be some superstar player, but what he would do is take the pressure off of Barrett while he grows into the player we think he can be. I also don't want to see him not getting touches but Payton is gone and we have a new coach so let's see how it goes. I just don't see Hayward stunting his growth. Russell yes, not hayward.
