What I DON'T SEE is anyone posting ANYTHING that rivals what big did. Can anyone do that?
Or should we just keep interjecting shyt that doesn't dispel Big' s run at all.
We know how big bone's album was and how loved Pac was. But please list the moments of them or anyone that Trump's big's run of 1995.

i contend he wouldnt have made alot of nikkas top 5's at the time,and if he did it would be at the bottom of that top 5 across the nation....and you can definitley use the bay as a reference point,because unlike the east coast the bay is less unbias in regards to style....and Biggies style and some of his singles was west coast centric,theres nothimg that wouldve stopped him from getting love out there....plus on top of that i already proved the bays graciousness and humbleness,Snoop wasnt a bay nikka but when it was his year he wouldve been if not THE favorite,he was undeniable and under consideration,same could be said for Bone with all the love i remember nikkas givin them,same as Pac....and while he's a bay nikka,true blue bay nikkas who repped harder would still get consideration over Pac,but when he dropped AEOM? He was in nikkas tops that same day....you CANT say this about Biggie at all....I dont need a consensus,but i say Biggie wasnt even up for consideration.
Matter of fact im sick of yall actin like Snoop died ,@bigbadbossup2012 Snoop had a better singles run then Biggie hence why it was still his year before Biggie has a chance at that shyt....nikkas was definitly still fukkin with Snoop more than Big at the time,shyt look at the Source Awards that year...Snoop got a better reception than Biggie and all of Junior mafia in they own city

From their lack of culture and violation of the cowboy edict based content.
Originally geto boys, ugk, convicts were known as west coast groups.
Even luke was regarded as fitting into west coast rap. Which was more an indication of their lack of cultural responsibility in their scope and content and not their location nationwide.
It was much later around big mike's solos.

And I won't necessarily say that they were considered West Coast, but when you really look at the South, the early cat that got a buzz were from Texas (people have to remember that although 2 Live Group was well known, nobody really considered Florida the south back then; it was just Florida). But you would hear interviews about how they were embraced by cats from the West, that's why you hear a lot of the influence in early Southern rap. Like Art said, Geto Boys, UGK, Convicts, and really most of the early Rap A Lot and Suave House used to perform with West Coast artist all the time. I remember hearing that Big Mike used to hang heavy with Death Row. But the mid 90s was when we began to get recognized as the "South," or "Dirty South" as what became popular.

My uncle claims Pac ran 95 said that 2pac was already established. Also that Pac had more of a built following.
Your uncle ain't keepin' it a buck... he was established for sure, but like everyone has said, he was also locked up the whole year. The album did great. But there's a difference between an album doing numbers and an artist having a presence. That year, BIG was on the radio, TV, mixtapes, more than anyone else out there and numerous hits on the street level as well as the radio & clubs.

This thread isnt about who was more established. Pac was on his 3rd album,plus had put out a group album and 3 movies that meant alot in the black community.Of course pac was more established
However Big's presence in 1995 is matched by no one. Hoe nikkas know this which is why they right coli articles about everything but this blatant fact.
