rhyme scheme wise Eminem is no more complex than AZ.
Granted AZ isnt that versitile in flows, or content, but purely based off of rhyme schemes AZ is up there with anyone in the history of rap
i could pick random AZ verses and throw against any rapper, and AZ rhyme scheme will be as complex or more... its basically the only thing AZ has going for him.

nas fans give me a nas verse where is rhyming 3-4 syllables where the syllables not only rhyme but match in syllable count while not rhyming the same word rhyming syllables that are within the bar etc

double time flow confuses so many people.i see that the double time flow has people thinking em is on levels others cannot reach.
get the fukk outta here with nas cannot see em technically. as a nas fan i will agree em is better technically, but it is much closer than people think. most other areas nas superior imo.
nas uses fast flow every now and then, but only fleetingly. so dude has it in his arsenal.
