This what always confused me about Pac. Why he mention Jay-Z back when Hov didn't even have a album out, let alone bein known at all.

Didnt an Outlaw member say that Pac knew that Jay was gonna be the next big thing in hip hop and therefore wanted to squash him before he blew up.

Pac knew Jay was gonna be a problem

:russ: He said "F*ck Jay-Z, he's broke and I smoke daily" . . let that sink in for a moment - let's pretend it's 1996 . .

What was this line suppose to accomplish . . one a song originally intended to be titled "Let's Be Friendz" . . was he telling Jay-Z to come smoke with him?

Damn I remember listening to this off the mackaveli bootleg series back in the late 90s..I'm kinda mad they don't have the original version to "when we ride on our enemies" on YouTube over the rose Royce sample..it's on some off brand mp3 site..

Always funny when I hear it cus he's clearly far from broke now.

However, as far as the "smoke daily" line. Not too much of a puzzle. Pac was just styling on the mic as usual, it rhymed and was basically accurate so he went there. Probably forgot about the song eight seconds after leaving the studio.

this song was made before reasonable doubt was made tho

This song is from late summer, so it Reasonable Doubt was already released.

I would really like you to look at your life before you consider saying something like this again :stopitslime: - If somebody shot you at 25 years old, what would you have accomplished thus far?

It was actually about $150,000 that was in his bank accounts and some were saying these numbers were manipulated by the estate to reflect a reason for a lawsuit and avoiding a death tax

Of course the cars were in Suge's name, Tupac was a terrible driver. As was Hussein Fatal :youngsabo:
