Last few days have me ready to move to Seattle
I truly believe it get's hotter the further south you go...SC heat is another level of heat compared to NC heat as soon as you cross the border that temperature going up never fails

Where y'all brehs at? I live in Phoenix AZ and we get 110 degree weather on the regs in the summer
It's 113 right now and i have to go outside quite often at work selling cars
The other day it was 111 & a customer had me go pull a black on black off the back lot for a test drive. Might as well be asking me to sit in a solar panel

Yeah depending where you're at the Phoenix Metro area. Tempe can get kinda pricey cuz it's a college town but parts of Phoenix like the Ahwatukee area where I live isn't too bad. Gilbert & Chandler are decent too. For a major city id say the prices are relatively low. Much cheaper than similar places in Cali & whatnot
