I seen this Uncle Tom ass nikka on the site for a couple months. When he 1st got here and till this day he’s very stand-offish. Won’t come around and speak to the brothers at all cause he’s a project manager so technically he doesn’t have to. But black faces are rare out here. This site has about 12-15 out of 150.

I’m working directly with breh now and he won’t speak to me. He’s one of those dudes that tell someone else to tell me something. I don’t work that way and go directly to him and get direction or whatever. Dude acts like he’s scared to be seen talking to a brother!

Then I seen his last name is Italian?!!

Is this nikka one of those adopted raised to hate his kin c00ns???

It’s common decency in construction and other dangerous fields to at least speak to the people you working with. Y’all have to have rapport to stay safe and work efficiently.

Plus there aren’t many brothers in this field by networking and talking you know what contractors are cool and who to stay away from. Who gives higher per diem, what jobs about to pop off, shyt like that. We supposed to be union brothers also.

Can’t be that. I’m one of the best in my field and got requested to come to this job by the customer, who is a billion dollar company. I got saluted and applauded by the compliance officer when I showed up.

I ain't read passed here but I worked in roofing years before I joined the military. And outside of the nikkas from my block I ain't talk to anyone myself it's hot ass fukk in Florida first of all to be jibba jaberring with nikkas while spanish nikkas got they fiesta music blasting on 100 volume, Secondly I was trying to get the work done. Only talk to nikkas on lunch break and on the trip to the location site. I never had that mentality that coworkers should be companions. I'm just there for a check my real friends and companions don't work there.

Nah I don't see how you can work construction or any labor job in general and be upset that nikkas not talking. And usually the nikkas that like to talk are the worst from my experience they never get work done. We joke and talk spit before loading up in the morining from time to time but when we get to that site I'm getting shyt done. Only talk I'm doing is if it relates to work.
