Idk op it’s hard to call. I work with some brehs but man most of these nikkas safe negroes anyways. Even if I don’t like they ass I wouldn’t show out and try to fukk one of them up because it make us all look bad. Sometimes I hate the conditions I put on myself

I would go to the quiet type excuse if you didn't say he has no issues talking to someone else but acts scared around you. To basically confirm its c00ning instead of something personal, ask other black folks if they have the same experience. Also ask a nonblack coworker about their interactions with him for good measure to make sure it's specific to black people.

Personalities develop overtime like friendships, they are not forced. And usually the talkers are the ones you have to watch. They'll be the first ones to snitch or get you fired.

He will talk to these white laborers to come over and tell me what needs to be done next. I will walk directly to him to get instruction. I’m an operator, laborers aren’t supposed to tell me shyt. I ask him the instructions and he acts like it pains him to say something.
And yes he goes in the trailer and is buddy buddy with the white boys in there.
Either way I don’t give a shyt it just sucks to see someone behave like that on a job site. This ain’t corporate America. If you can work and are safe you gonna stay busy in the trades.
