I feel legit bad for Okafor and Noel. They're not gonna be properly developed, they have no mentorship, or anything to even use these years properly. They're pretty much throwing these years into the garbage can and hoping experience alone is gonna turn these kids into franchise changers

How? free agent obviously not trying to go to that losing situation and depending on the draft is risky. Most players turn out disappointing than not. Yu get a player who Yu think is goin to turn the franchise around and he turns out to just be ok.
