Year 3 and why try to play to the 8th seed when lebron still playing
Milwaukee and Detroit already have really good young cores. Indy, Orlando and even the Knicks are all mostly young and gonna be much better than Philly for the foreseeable future. What exactly is the plan?

they but keep adding top 5 picks and the team shows no improvement.
theyve had 2 top 5 picks, 1 has never played an NBA game, the other has played like 12

Honestly, I wouldnt mind having Okafor and a shytload of picks incoming. Not a bad place to be

Noel has great value too, he'll probably be traded

What is Noel's value? He's a better Ed Davis.

@pete clemenza was right unless they miracle into Ben Simmons. There is no plan in place except praying to win the lottery one of these years when an all-time great comes out.

Four guys in the regular rotation shooting under 39%. :scust:

Okafor and Noel is not a long-term pairing. The game is about spacing now and Noel is not spacing anything opposite Okafor.

Embiid is probably never going to be right, but even if he is, he doesn't fit with Okafor or Noel either.

Saric is still probably two years from coming over here. :heh:

Still no vets on the roster to teach these kids anything about being a professional or doing the little things on the court. You can see the difference KG is having with the young core of the Wolves. :snoop:
That's a special circumstance that involves possible ownership and assistant coach stuff for the vets. Who are gonna be these vets that are gonna fall back and guide Philly with nothing to gain?

It IS a thing. It really is. The Sixers don't have that but it can turn into that really soon.

All it takes is one franchise player to turn it around

Id rather go their route then teams in the middle who's fans know will never win a title

Should they have taken the Suns route and go all in to be a perennial 43 win team? They did that already

with the right picks next year the 6ers will leap over all of these teams tho. they might end up with 2 picks in the top 5 :wow: if they draft simmons and a guard like murray then they'll be set to compete with anyone in the league. throw in some solid bench players with all that cap space and they'll run the east.

i'm curious to see what will happen with embiid during all of this:patrice:

They gotten lucky what do they have that we dont the past 5 years.

Paul George who might leave
Drummond
Vuc who we traded and Ola/Harris
Knicks are not better off than us.
Mil got lucky with Parker pick but also had Giannis and Middleton
76ers had nobody until Hinkie came and the previous ownership traded everybody

76ers have Okafor Noel Embiid Saric who is coming next year and 4 first rounders how is that not good. He had gotten back two of his first rounders traded by previous ownership.
You guys know nothing

the 6ers should be playoff contenders and better than those teams right now but the embiid injury set them back. if he was healthy then this conversation wouldn't be happening, but it ended up working in the 6ers favor. they're gonna be even more loaded now.

Why are you asking me this as if I disagree with the idea?

Every team you mentioned wouldn't trade places with Philadelphia now or in the future. The Process is a failure and it will continue to be a failure. No free agent worth their weight will sign there and Okafor can't wait to leave. All these draft picks and moves, and the team continues to get worse every year. It's a joke they subject the rest of the league to their garbage. :scust: I hope Ben Simmons doesn't have the misfortune of being drafted to that graveyard.

Teams aren't getting lucky, they're being better. Drafting good players and not trading any and everyone for draft picks who eventually turn into below average role players, if they're lucky. All the 6ers have to show for it are 3 guys who play the same position, including one who spent his summer re-breaking his foot in Vegas, and a guy in Europe who would rather brave the winter in Siberia or wherever he is than lose 65 games a year. I'm tired of the optimism being permeated from this fraudulent franchise. They have no plan to compete, now or ever. Fire Hinkie and free Okafor. I'm out. :wtb:

I wonder if ticket holders can sue for the franchise purposely putting a bad franchise on the floor
