Not running the ball after Julio Jones made that great catch is still one of the most headscratching decisions I’ve ever seen a coach make.
It looked like Atlanta had survived a great Patriots rally but would hold on. 28-20, 4 and a half minutes left, ball around the 20. 3 runs and a FG makes it a 2 possession game and either takes up a lot of clock, or forces NE to take timeouts.
2 pass plays cost Atlanta more than 20 yards and they were forced to punt
