Like I said before when referencing the source. The only albums that got 5 mics were either death row or nwa affiliated.
Everyone else were ignored on that level.
Artists like e-40 and too short never got correct props. Spice 1 never got correct props. Dj quik never got props. The list goes on.

The only west coast artists that got 5 mics were cube,dre,snoop,pac.NWA and d.o.c.
ANd most were re-rated to do so. Only original 5 mic rated West Coast album was the (bomb squad produced) amerika's most wanted by ice cube.
Meanwhile 21 acts from the east got 5 mics over the years. BE CLEAR, I believe bias is very normal. But they act as if that is NOT a factor and they were just that great and others werent. They act as if their opinion is universal while acting as if others opinions are regional or isolated opinions which is why every album from the west coast that made the list were ultra successful given the circumstances and/or catered to the east. Meanwhile there's a plethora of albums that werent really successful but from the east that make the list.
BE CLEAR i'm not saying sales = greatness. HOWEVER,why didnt ANY unsuccessful west coast album make 5 mics? Because it's bias.

It's very very very clear that they went out of their way to never prop up outsiders too much
