fukk is wrong with y'all :dahell:

You really think the world would be the same without Stay Fly and Poppin My Collar :what:

They made Sippin On Some Syrup for fukk's sake, have some respect :pacspit:

8Ball & MJG ain't never made anything worth listening to anyway

:rudy: 8 Ball & MJG runs circles around Three 6 Mafia.

Plus for all the credit Three 6 Mafia gets for their production, a lot of people don't know that Poppin My Collar wasn't even their song. Poppin My Collar was originally done by Mr. Bigg & Three 6 Mafia just purchased the song from Mr. Bigg, remixed it & kept him on the hook for their version.

UGK. One of those groups I never got into at all. They aint got to go home, but they....

UGK for the most part was music for street hustlers & G's, so if you weren't involved in or could relate to this type of lifestyle, then you probably wouldn't relate to their overall discography.

3-6, Geto Boys and Ball & G are my top 3 groups all-time (UGK maybe top 5) and 3-6 has the best & deepest group discog in rap history...

The correct answer is UGK

this

nikkas saying 3 6 like they style didnt influence southern production and flows to this day

ridin dirty and mista don't play >>>>>> anything they released.

36 influenced 90% of the trap beats that's being played today, it isn't even close.

Ball & G's comin out Hard and their pre-coming out hard material (which they produced themselves along w/ DJ Squeeky & DJ Zirk) played a HUGE part in shaping the 3-6/Memphis sound and was one of 3-6's primary influences...listen to the drum patterns, hi-hats, trumpets and 808 thump on comin out hard and thier material that came out before that album...then compare it to what 3-6 was sounding like around the same time period...so ball & g played a part in shaping 3-6's sound as well...which in turn grandfathered 90% of the production we here today on the radio, clubs/bars...even outside of rap with that trap edm shyt.

I voted out 3'6 but I acknowledge they was the first ever hip hop group to win an Oscar that's hip hop history right there

3 - 6 Mafia - this was an easy one to me - esp. with Geto Boys and UGK being in the rankings of GOAT groups ever.

How is UGK better than 3-6 when their best album is not better than 3-6's 4th best album? :jbhmm:

5th if we include the tear the club up thugs album.

Geto Boys is the only rap group that can almost match 3-6's discog.

But if you include 3-6's pre-95 underground material...it's a wrap.

Wait til Paul remaster that Come With Me To Hell II & Serial Killaz :banderas:

Yall gon see

UGK and 3-6 are my favorite groups ever

Geto Boys had timeless classics (even their 2005 album was pure heat)

Sorry Ball&G
