Honestly this is far deeper then chip, Kaep doesn't even know him. They've probably only had 2 conversations. Even McCoy admitted to love playing for him and he thinks the players on offense will love him here

I like the Zane Beadles signing, he's a nice balanced veteran offensive lineman. I didn't think he was terrible in Jacksonville, but he's a solid starter on our line. One of those seen but not heard types. This is a Chip Kelly type guy all the way.

So do I but at lease this makes the O-Line competition truly competitive as oppose to bringing in stiffs.

Yup, he became the scapegoat for their incompetence. Problem is that he play didn't help, but wasn't NEARLY as horrific as many make him out to be.
