For me,now that so many of these instances are caught on film. There needs to be an addition to the law that says you have to reasonably attempt to retreat or warn the person you have a gun. If you have a gun there is no reason for you to close distance. Its actually pretty idiotic to do so. But he pulled that gun out quickly and smooth like he spent time in the wild wild west

The reality is life nor the law works this way. You can’t just pull a gun in most states, it’s called brandishing and you’ll get locked up for that too.

Be interesting to follow this one. If that state doesn’t have a duty to retreat law the shooter can definitely claim self defense and he might get off because the other dude was clearly the aggressor.
