Brandishing is illegal, shooting them is 50/50 you may get off on a shooting. You're not sitting in front of a judge and explaining why you were brandishing.

If you pull a gun out, you pull it out as a last resort and you use it. It's not a bargaining tool, it's not used to threat or intimidate, negotiate, start a conversation or discussion.

I'm saying the woman obviously didn't know whatever was going to happen that day or in that instance would lead to her husbands death. That and humans regardless of gender get upset about shyt. That's literally what conflict is. You aren't going to have a woman with no conflict. You have to take the good with the bad. But it's a choice on what you can handle and what and who you want to choose.

That's 100% of the population. Nobody knows what's gonna happen going about their day. That's why you're supposed to practice diffusing situations and settle disputes like an adult. Getting angry and hollering can make things worse and that's what happened in this situation.
