1. I'll take the trillion and spend 500 billion on buying out all of the prosperity churches around the world and turning them into free schools for Black people.

Then create a city for all ADOS Black people in Montana. Give them free land, and education, and provide interest free loans to Black businesses and professionals that migrate there. Build renewable energy platforms so that there is no dependency on foreign oil.

2. I would fund the assassination of multiple criminals, warlords, racists, and degenerates in the hood.

3. Create a military and police force to protect the borders of the city.

4. Create an university and research center for technology and nuclear sciences.

5. Millions of acres of farmland and treaties with the Ivory Coast for farming and trade.
