Turtles in Time is a classic. Xmen is a classic. Final Fight is almost a classic but iconic still. The Simpsons felt like a re-sprited Xmen to me and is not a classic.

Final Fight and Simpsons are probably the weakest beat-em-ups out of that quartet, but FF2 and FF3 are fukking awesome so they get a pass.

Turtles in time, Xmen, and The Simpsons are all almost pretty much the same game with different sprites, music, and franchises.

Turtles In Time is a classic. Simpsons introduced team-up moves and had bonus stages (blowing up the balloons)
I like X-Men thematically, it didn't revolutionize anything... but it did have 6 players instead of 4... so I'm torn.

I guess Final Fight has to go. If you had said Streets of Rage instead I'd prob cut X-Men.
