Voted final fight, if you put streets of rage this instead of final fight, this would of legit been a very hard decision

Only did arcade games. SOR2 came out on Genesis

Arcade final fight is a classic. People keep thinking about SNES final fight which is hot garbage.

But FF is still classic.

The SoR franchise took what FF did and made it better.

The other classics are proof that licensed games can be great when a developer gives a fukk.

Didn't say the Simpsons was trash but nikkas liked Spiderman more back in 91 around my way.
Cats wasn't collecting Simpsons comics back then. We liked Spiderman because it brought us into that world while playing that arcade.

Remember that one time I was over in St Thomas, fukking around in the mall with limited funds and somehow I decided to just go all in the Xmen arcade machine. 2 stages in, I had a full squad of unknowns just wrecking shyt.Don't care who died. You got a quarter, put it in..Anonymous team effort.
Got Turtles in Time for the SNES on Christmas around the time my Turtle mania was turned up to 11. Beat that game like 3 times that day. fukk a Christmas lunch, fukk the rest of my presents. One of my best X-mases ever as a kid.

Played Final fight a million times with friends and older uncles/their friends alike.
The only reason Simpsons is going because at the core it was a multiplayer game and a lot of my friends didn't watch/like the simpsons when it came out so I had to beat it alone a lot and nobody really got hyped while playing it. It ain't a bad game...but I ain't got much with it.

Turtles in Time is a classic. Xmen is a classic. Final Fight is almost a classic but iconic still. The Simpsons felt like a re-sprited Xmen to me and is not a classic.

The Simpsons is the one game that I remember being everywhere. The Simpsons and Turtles game, (not Turtles in Time), are easily the main stays. I can't even believe people are actually voting to toss out the Simpsons.

Its not an easy decision and its obviously something that differs from person to person based on experience. TMNT/Xmen/Simpsons are almost the same game but TMNT and XMen have more significance in gaming and have the larger identity with it, as does Final Fight. For me, growing up in arcades and movie theatres The Simpsons would be the last of these games to get played. Thats not saying its a bad game, its a fun game. It just isnt getting the play the other 3 would. Ive seen this as recent as a couple months ago. Theres an arcade bar here that has all these games and the group I was with only played Simpsons because TMNT and Xmen were full while Final Fight had a fukked up controller.
