Once again, the two forms are working out aren't mutually exclusive.

There's plenty of lifters can lift heavy and do pull-ups like nothing.

I typically throw pull-ups into my saturday routine since I'm not pressed for time and there's less people there.

Who you kidding? most lifting brehs bout it bout are allergic to cardio, dips, and pull-ups stop playing.

im :flabbynsick: but growing into my old man strength. One of my works friends is in incredible shape and I lifted with him not too long ago. I was shocked when I could rep 240 and I dont lift like that:ehh:
