There's plenty of lifters can lift heavy and do pull-ups like nothing.
I typically throw pull-ups into my saturday routine since I'm not pressed for time and there's less people there.
but growing into my old man strength. One of my works friends is in incredible shape and I lifted with him not too long ago. I was shocked when I could rep 240 and I dont lift like that
