Initial thoughts: Since I really don't have a horse in this race, I don't have a vested interest in any of the teams.... I just wanna see great, exciting football. Spain is the defending champion, but is unlikely to retain it. Is this England's year (without cheating.... inside joke)? Will Germany or Italy take the crown? Is there a new dark horse looming?

Spain has been pretty impressive during their friendlies. They're missing but Xavi and Alonso, but just look at their squad still an impressive team.

Italy looks I think Belgium will flop.
