The “lottery” is still rigged by the league, with data from McKinsey (a consulting firm) to send players to markets where they can maximize star quality. If you look at who “wins” its pretty clear why sometimes. D Rose to Chicago, Lebron to the Cavs, Mao to Houston (the same place as China’s consul). Those were markets that really wanted their hometown star.

The most recent examples, The cavs winning the lottery multiple times after Lebron left, The Pelicans winning right before they traded AD, and the Lakers also moving up too to help facilitate that AD trade.

The reason why the “process” in Philly was so hated and Hinkie got blackballed was because it drew attention to the fact the lottery could be manipulated.

You can also add the NFL to this and how over the last 20 plus years how teams who relocate, get new stadiums and get stadium renovations to suddenly become good and go to superbowls.

It is all used to galvanize the fan base and ensure that they spend money and buy season tickets. To help the teams and league recoup money from the relocation, stadium renovations and new stadiums.

You can literally draw a timeline with a good portion of teams over the last 20 plus years. From when they reloacted or get a new stadium / renovation and them going to superbowls. From the Ravens moving from cleveland, the rams each time they moved from LA to St. louis and back to St. Louis. To the titans moving from houston to Memphis. To the bears having their stadium renovated and going to the superbowl. To the falcons getting a new stadium and going to the superbowl...and on and on and on. Its literally right there in everyones face.

Brooke Shields is not a man, she was photographed nude as an adolescent and if you're old enough to remember Blue Lagoon, you'll know she's a female. Plastic surgery, genes and old age is why she could be a doppelganger for Momma Daddy Jenner.

The arguments among Christians about the race and ethnicity of "The Son of God" are entertaining. How often do you take a step back and consider that these social constructs did not exist in ancient times, much like the geography you have been taught? The region in question has been ruled by many groups throughout man's existence. So even though the seed of birth was not what we consider "natural", why do your arguments never take into account the mother or father's lineage? Surely they would not have been bestowed a child who did not share their racial makeup.

OJ in his prime could not have killed 2 people by hand almost simultaneously, let alone when entering his middle aged years. The idea that his DNA was present at his ex-wife's house is not at all strange nor a smoking gun.

Your military millage WILL vary solely based on your branch, duty station, job and the chance or existence of foreign conflict. As someone who served in the Army and the most recent war, my peacetime/non-deployment experience was that of a 9-5 office job that required the occasional physical labor that pays no overtime and I couldn't quit.

Breh! I've been saying this for years on here.A few people started hating me for it.It's amazing how people think these billion, trillion dollar CAC's would

leave the future of their enterprise up to mere "chance".I started paying attention after Bron went to Miami.Damn near every draft lottery at the start of the

2010's revolved around Bron.Personally, I think the NBA powers that be always knew he'd go back to Cleveland.Which is why the Cavs won the draft lottery

3 out of the 4 yrs he was in Miami. The only year they didn't win it while he was in Miami, the NBA had ownership over the New Orlean Hornets, and was

looking for a buyer, so of course NO ended up winning the Anthony Davis sweepstakes that year. The T Wolves were compensated KAT for trading Kevin

Love to the Cavs to play with Bron.Just like the Pelicans were compensated Zion Williamson for sending Anthony Davis to play with LeBron.Like I said, the

NBA has been using the draft lottery to bolster Lebron for most of the last decade. When his team's look promising/stacked enough to compete for a ship, they

slow down a bit with the rigging....."Bu bu bu bu but an angry GM would call it out if it's rigged!:sadbron:" ...Nah Nah Nah....It's a good ol boy network/fraternity.

They're all eating off the shyt. Not going to bite the hand that feeds them. There's certain things you can & can't say.You never shatter the illusion. That's a no no.

Yep. Exactly..... it’s blatant manipulation if anyone bothers to look, but most people hear lottery and think “it’s up to chance”

Also silver flattening the odds was devious as fukk. He literally made it easier for him to pull a okie doke and hand a pretty good team what they need to be better.

Similar to how he rewarded the Warriors because he knew they needed some youth to be good.

Ayton was another "hometown" guy having played at the University Of Arizona.Other than that, the Suns normally get fukked in the draft.

Not enough star power/narrative surrounding the team.Chris Paul's giving them a lil of that this year.

If you currently make a decent wage...$20 per hour...prepare to join the lower class if minimum wage is raised.

They're raising minimum wage, not everyone's wage. They're expanding the lower class even more.

The plan should be to double everyone's pay, not make the salary of a 17 year old close to the same as someone who had to pit in years or additional certification. There are people who started at $10 and spent 10 years working their way up to 16, 17, 18, 19 per hour. They're about to be knocked back down closer to poverty.

I could never imagine me working 10 years to be paid less than $40 an hour, even if I lived down south. :
