Basically, blacks are also given longer more extreme sentences for identical crimes compared to whites.

You get a racist judge or a jury of white folks that are scared of young negro males, you're done for.

And I got into an argument with some CACs over this when I went to a magnet school, pulled up the FBI UCRs and shut them the fukk up, they still said "That can't be right" when I showed them the crime stats on the FBI.gov website.

Blacks are heavily overrepresented in the crimes of murder, robbery, and burglary; but is anybody ignorant of that?

Can I get a link to that FBI stat page, I want to have this on deck when I try to convince people (sadly, black people) that the TV is skewing their perception.

There was another video of DEA agent where he said the mandate was to go ONLY into black neighborhoods. It was the combination that the kids would never get convicted and the mutual community ties would compel juries not to convict.

I'm sure the lawyer part has something to do with it. I also think that possibly connections within the justice system period ie knowing people who work in the court, police officers etc. And also being white they will probably have more sympathy for their own and be willing to give them a second chance (or third or fourth for that matter lol).

In my area meth is really bad and it's predominately white folks cooking and selling it but for the most part the time they get is very light. I've seen repeat offenders get 6 months in the county. There is a house right across the street from my pharmacy that got raided one day while I was at work swat the whole nine (one of techs told me it wasn't the first time either). We knew the family there because they would come in a buy pseudoephedrine all the time and I swear the next day the dad was in the store chatting on his cell the next day like nothing happened.

You really think that do you? The average white person isn't out here balling. Their middle class living pay check to pay check like most americans.

They get a pass because they're white.
