the basic font on the jersey ruins it

League's tryna do away with the wacky fonts. They wanna update without looking goofy, but sometimes the goofiness adds charm and character. Magic in all caps doesn't do much for me.

Nike thinks clean can't be boring.

Fumbled a classic with that bullshyt two tone black and blue one and also that stupid ass font.…they always fukk up redoing the retro jersey by using some generic ass font instead of something unique like the original

I don’t like the black jerseys, if they wanted to honor the warmups, just make that style the new warmups for the season. All black jerseys would’ve been lit

Thought they and the Thunder had the worst branding (logos, jerseys, court, fonts) in the league.

Logo looks less like a spermium, now so that’s progress.

Even if they were gonna split the colors, why make the blue 20% of the jersey at a diagonal? Just looks like poor design. They could’ve made it 50:50 if they were gonna go that route, and make it more uniform (no pun intended).

I get what you're sayin.

I think they went with the diagonal look, in tribute to the warmup tops from back then. It was that way back then.

The OG concept pic made it look a lot better in my opinion. Still don't love it, but it looks better.
