Most of the shyt in here is just that - shyt. PC is just another platform. Some stuff is great, some stuff is ok. Depending on what you buy, it may not be a major hassle but it may also not be OMG1080p60fpsOMG visuals. I mostly do my PC gaming on a laptop. I hook up an HDMI and my wireless pad and that's as convenient (or moreso) as any of my consoles. I bought it last year and it's more powerful than last gen but probably not as powerful as XBone/PS4. It doesn't have some of my favorite games like Metal Gear Rising and Bayonetta but it does have some of my other favorite games that aren't available on other platforms (Frozen Synapse, Chivalry, Speedrunners, The Swapper, Rogue Legacy, Binding of Isaac). I'd rather play shooters on PC but I don't think it makes any sense to play sports game online on PC yet. Everyone has a PC so playing games on it is already an option - most people just don't even want to try.

It's video games. All of you play video games, primarily physically alone. I've played more games with friends in the same room as me on a PC than anything else this year. Again, that's partially because I use a laptop and I can bring it with me wherever I want. Options...
