We should want arbitrary barriers removed period.

The existence of shytty blacks doesn't negate the need to address inequality and institutionalized oppression.
No where did i say that. However...while clamoring for whites to view your humanity. Destructive blacks are killing are killing black people and lots of them. Had this been my child/relative id want the responsible persons head on a stick. Not discussing how white supremacy is indirectly responsible for this heinous crime.

If I'm not mistaken these same gangs in Chicago been around since the 60s and 70s. Some of these kids that's all they kno

Yall expect Chief Keef to be rhyming about social issues
:mjlol:
You can blame record execs for exploiting these kids but don't blame the kids they're just trying to get paid.

I forgot hip hop is responsible for guns on the streets
:rudy:
If hip hop didn't exist shyt would be the same way.

I honestly don't blame the rappers. He gone rap about whatever the fukk he wants. The onus is on the dumbass who can't understand that maybe it isn't a good idea to go around robbing folks and killng 'em.

Too Hard To Swallow is my favorite album of all time. And even as a youngin' I knew that it was only rap music and there was no point in doing that kinda shyt or livin' that life becuz I knew the consequences even tho I could look outside my Granny's window and see that the shyt was happening.

Its not a Chicago problem...the black community are stuck in a bad position... We don't have any real men to protect the neighborhood. We never did. And it doesn't help that we listen to music that constantly tell us to shoot and kill each othet

Poverty, The Music, fatherless youth, all that shyt is recycled excuses and doesn't immediately address the problem. the Old heads or youngins with enough juice need to put they bullshyt differences aside and come to gether to broker a truce.

Elaborate?

From 20-26 I was making serious bank. I had a decent office job and I was hustling on the side. Had a nice spot, always kept multiple whips and I used to drop a rack a month easily in the mall. Not even getting into tricking off going out clubbing or taking trips

Got laid off from my job and got locked up in the same year. Went from having my own spot on Peachtree to living in a roach motel in the hood in less than 6 months. Don't have a degree and after getting locked up I knew I wouldn't be able to get another job like that. Also had wised up by thay time and left the street shyt alone so I didnt have no choice but to strike out my own and get money. Made a 3 year plan and that shyt started with me living in a shyt hole spot, driving a bucket, eating as cheap as possible, and just laying low pretty much. At that time slot of my patnas was still up. That shyt used to kill me when my phone would ring on Friday and Saturday night.

"Breh what you on?...we going to Onyx...pull up"

That shyt took all I had in me to say no to that and stay at home. But I did it. I stayed down and stacked up my money. now in my early 30's and I'm far from rich but alot of them same nikkas who was out stunting a few years ago while I was in the house don't have shyt on where I am or where I'm about to go.

Seems to be more about your motivation for success than your frugality.
