Only making this thread because he is a breh, gave a nikka hope . This man makes $225k a year and has been with our company 6 years, he literally came into the morning managers meeting and told everyone this will be his last day with our organization, said his blood pressure is so high he's near hypertension/diabetic levels from all the meetings/traveling etc, he just had a daughter and is afraid he'd die on the job and not see her grow up...basically saying the money isn't worth compromising his health and i fully agree.... ..


earn 6 figures and die, breh ..he's most likely got atleast a couple hundred grand saved up so he should be good, drives a porsche truck and a 7 series bmw.

Second, I fully agree with the being here for his family and making his kids the priority. I had some events the past few years and I have had the same change in perspective when it comes to my professional life vs. personal life. All the stress and other things that go with my profession just ain’t worth it, man.

I aint on his nuts, just got respect for hiim, he's one of the reasons why my family is living good in the suburbs. whether he stays or not makes no real difference to me, life gone keep pushing but it was nice having a brotha in a top spot for awhile, they finna have a in that seat by end of next week

Low key that must be a terrible place to work. I’ve worked at tons and tons of companies large and small….VPs have the least stressful jobs of everyone.

They can delegate all their problems to someone else, and they aren’t at the top of the chain so there is always someone above them to take pressure off them.

very true, but the majority of the VP's you speak of do not work in food production, this is a very hectic business and because we lost our on site director in april , he's been basically doing 2 jobs. dont know if its true but i heard his wife has threatened divorce more than a few times over his hectic work schedule...all that shyt takes a toll on a man mentally and physcically.
