not in 2004. and in 2004, outkast had a diamond album. they wasn't paying for shyt.

they tried to pull that with katy perry and she refused to pay. and i'm sure taylor swift would do the same thing if they asked her. artist like that don't need the superbowl publicity or payday. it's just an easy gig for a shytload of money.

Historically Super Bowl performers were not paid anything to perform at halftime
